CHECK THIS STORY OUT!!!!!

If the State or Counties wanted to save all that stuff they should have removed it all before they built the dam. They should have moved all graves to higher ground as well. Now they want to arrest "scavengers"? I can understand in leaving the graves alone out of respect. But maybe it's time for the powers at be to move the graves now....? Or even all the other historical relics that are now exposed. If not, then let the others try to remove and preserve as many artifacts as they can. Just my thoughts. Maybe I'm way off?
