Chibola v vaquero

Nomad NJ

Member
For a seeded competition hunt in sand is there any difference between a chibola and a vaquero.

In mild soil they are about the same. The Vaquero is a little more versatile since it has a ground balance making where you can hunt all types of ground conditions.

I"ve hunted 20+ seeded hunts with several preset (like the Cibola) umax detectors and they served very well. Generally the coins/tokens aren't deep enough for ground conditions to make any difference.
