Cibola and the 10 inch elliptical

Used it on the Vaquero a lot. For hunting around a lot of brush it's good, really good. The smooth bottom doesn't get caught up on grass/brush and it gets into places better. Being a DD, the signal goes deeper on the tip and coil edges than a concentric. As far as discriminating though, I dug a lot more bottlecaps and better sounding iron. Depth was good, great sensitivity and it just 'felt' nicer than the stock 8x9.

Concentrics generally discriminate somewhat better than the DDs.
