I found this a few years ago and thought I would post it here for opinions about it. It is twice the size of a regular plate. This is a solid cast as well and has a number 65 in the recessed area where the tongue portion fits. Thanks for any information about this piece. HH...Jesse.
You need to go to the relic forum and post this and ASK for David Keiths opinion ( owner of Dixie Detectors) as he's really as good as it gets on Confederate relic ID.
