Civil war lead with the G2

Digger70pa

Well-known member
I got out for the afternoon today. I was using my G2. It always gets the lead out. Lol But it does. Thanks for looking & HH

This Digger70PA....is the guru with the G2! I still have my G2 and my 15" attack coil. I need to make a trip and spend a few days hunting with ya! I miss hunting those fields of PA!

Nice haul Digger,
But Yikes, I sure wouldn't want to be the poor guy that got hit by one of those big lead hollow points!
All military are supposed to be solid jacket through & through since Geneva convention, but back the civil war days wounds from those projectiles makes me cringe to think about.
Cheers,
Drew.

Hollowpoint civil war bullets....that's funny right there!!!
lol they're pulled buddy. The hole is from the bullet worm they used to extract them.

I'd really enjoy that buddy. I've been having health issues for the last year. I hope that's in my past now. Good luck & happy hunting.

I don't think military bullets are all solid alloy. I used to make hollow points of .45 ACP and all had a lead core--eventually. But that was a long tie ago-could be imagination.
