7centsworth

Cold snowy day but that did not stop me from trying my new shovel out. Dug three dropped bullets today and some small caliber rim fire. Look like around 32 caliper to me. Sorry for the poor pictures they are from my Iphone my first attempt.

Awesome finds Travis...I'm still yet to find my first relic. My interest intensifies every time I see these pics you post, thank you!

Congratulations on getting out Travis. It way too cold for this boy to wander out into mother nature yet. And like Sarge, I've yet to find my first relic. ( well now I take that back as I found one of my old girlfriends once)

Very nice digs - every time I dig one I hold it and wonder what went on when it was dropped. Kinda imagine men & horses charging over the hill, steve in so az

I always think about what the relic saw and went through also.

Nice finds Travis, I'm glad to see your already employing that shovel
is it what expected?
the handle is a little shorter but I kinda like that. It does not weigh anything compared to my other two. But the blade is about half as short as my other two. The blade is right at 7 inches. An most of my bullets are deeper than that. The shovel works great though it penetrates the ground with ease and is well made.
