Clad, bling, and big silver

I have been detecting for many years but have never found a Morgan silver dollar. I did find a 1925 Peace dollar back in 2000 in a lake. Many times over the years I wondered if I would ever find a Morgan dollar. Well I don’t have to wonder any more because I found one today. I drove to a small town and searched a park and a school. At the school I got a nice sounding target. Glancing at the screen on my Fisher F70, I saw 93, 94 on the screen. All the clad quarters I had been digging were coming in at 83, 84, 85. So I was hoping for something really good. I pinpointed carefully and dug a slightly larger plug than I would dig for a quarter. Down about 2 1/2 inches was this Morgan dollar! GL &HH!
