Clad, glass and grass!

Went out this am of course, you never know what you will find, somedays its jewelry, keys, hotwheels, clad. Today it was shaping up to be another clad stab, until I unearthed this "relic" half buried in a totlot! As near as I can figure, its some sort of glass ornament, that plastic bottle that was with it has some sort of seasoning or something in it. The ornament is oddly shaped too, Hmmm, quite a mystery. I showed it to the neighborhood kid that mows my yard and he says he knows a collector of such things, and the pair should fetch about 50 bucks, or, he said he'd do my yard for the rest of the summer if I give it to him! Sounds like quite a deal! (just kiddin' everyone! I will of course dispose of it properly, (what does that mean?)
Happy High Huntin'!

The glass, can it hold a nip of whisky?
It kinda looks like a sailors rum glass, wide brim at the top tapering down to the bottom.
If it is, the sailors had tables with holes drilled into the wooden tabletop, the glass when it had some rum in it
would slot neatly into the hole to avoid spilling the contents.
The wide brim stopped the glass falling thru.
Great find mud, super clad count too my friend.
