Been a while since I've hunted, been too hot or raining, so got the truck ready to go last night for an early start this AM. Got up at 5:30 & it was raining. It quit about 9 so I headed for old ballfield where that guy told me he had the silver hunted out. I love when they tell me that, makes me hunt harder & slower. Got there and it was clearing & the sun was out & very hot, so I started to hunt a line of trees about 50 yards from the field. Had lots of shade, was moving along real slow.got a solid dime signal about 7 in , popped the plug & the probe sang out like I was hoping it would. Dug a little more dirt out & seen silver, !940 merc. Rescanned the hole &the probe sounded off again, Moved some dirt in the hole & spotted another silver 1941 d merc. Only second time I got 2 silver in one hole.About 30 ft away got another good signal and got the 47 rosie. about a half hour later got kind of a iffy signal but soundedgood enough I was going to dig. Digging is nice with all the rain wev'e had lately. Dug my plug & popped the 57 rosie out. 4 silver in a small area like really suprised me. The pocket watch & frame or whatever it is came from an old home I stopped at on way home HH to all
