Well the Temp. got up to 39 degrees today an the snow is gone, so! you know what I did !
Found 1 dollar coin 2 quarters 2 dimes an 10 pennies of 4 of the pennies were copper, also a small copper charm seems to be off a bracelet
the clad dollar coin registered as silver 50 cent, I guess,, I will have to get the QD II adjusted
 
Congrats on the dollar coin. That's one of those denominations that doesn't circulate much, so to find one is pretty unusual. Last weekend I found my first half dollar, which was a surprise for much the same reason.
 
No need to get the QD II adjusted. The "$1" indication is for a large, older type dollar. the modern dollar coins are about the same size as a fifty cent piece and one would expect them to indicate as fifty cents.
