It's been awhile since I've been around, I know, but have the classifieds been taken down?
I'm wanting to get hold of a used Ace 250 for tot lot'n and casual detecting, but can't check the ads or place a wanted.
What gives?

When I go there all I get is the feedback section.
I'm thinking I somehow offended the mods way back when, or broke one of the rules, and was banished.
It HAS been awhile....

I can't remember just what offense I committed. Oh well; so far nuttin from them.

Question: If you were banned how is it you can post on the forum? I thought you had to be a signed in member to do that.

Im thinking I got myself banned from the classifieds only, selling one too many detectors maybe.
Back then I was getting rid of detectors, and I may have broken some rule about that.
I know it's not that I cheated anyone - one or two guys HERE will attest to my honest trading ethic.

Im guessing I got in some minor scrape on the classifieds, argued my position a little too loudly and that didn't help my case.

The weird thing is, nothing really detailed sticks in my mind except a vague rebellion.
Granted, I'm older now and they say memory is the first to go.
Plus, there was that whole hippie-disco period of my life where I wasn't always scrupulous about intoxicants... :crazy:
That might have had an effect.

But I'm canned from the classifieds, probably my fault, and I've gotten no response to my queries.
So it goes. Thanks for asking.
