I just ordered a 6” DD and am not sure it comes with a skid plate cover and wondering if I should get one because in most of my hunting is either sand or grass , no rocks.
Also I have a stock 9” inch Concentric that I can’t get the skid plate on and can’t figure out why it won’t snap on . The bottom of the coil looks like it is a skid plate , I can’t figure out what’s going on or how I could have obtained another skid plate over the years (about 12 years) Dose the stock 9” coil bottom bottom fit over the bottom or dose the top stock coil top fit over the the bottom, hope I explained that right.
