Wire is too large at coiled area on wire for going up Pro lower shaft..Anyone have any simple solutions for this problem ??

It can be pulled, and forced with string attached..thats a pain ..I only have one rod... LOL I know get another rod..LOL

Hi as you push the wire twist in the direction that will make the coils in the cable get smaller. Works for me.

Lube it up with some astroglide and it will slide right in:cool: but is kinda messy so I do the twist as you go thing like howlow posted,Ray.

OK, I have the same issue, and here is how I solve it. You do the twist thing to get the coil inserted all the way in I actually twist the stem itself as opposed to the coil wire), and then, hold the coil in one hand, and the lower stem in the other, holding it where the coil bolt passes through, and hold like a fishing rod. Keeping the coil close by the hand holding the lower stem, use your wrist and make a sudden casting motion with the stem. Do this a few times, and centrifugal force will sling the coiled plug end through the stem. I use it all the time, and it works beautifully.
