Coil price question?

D&P-OR

Well-known member
I just bought the Outlaw with the three coil package it comes with.-----I don't need the 12 X10" widescan coil and am thinking about selling it without the lower shaft---just the coil & coil cover.---It's new & never been used--I just tested it in my test garden & it works fine.------My question is: What do you guys think I should ask for a selling price on this coil?-----I'm not looking to hold anyone up--just want to ask a fair & reasonable price for it.------------Thanks, Del

Just curious why you would want to sell it...do you own another?

I can tell you if this is not the case that coil is worth it's weight in gold when hunting large wide open areas of the parks I usually hunt.
Mine has paid for itself in only a few of the gold targets it has found.

To answer your question, the regular retail $149 Vaq coil this size that I bought from another hunter for $120 shipped and no lower coil I considered a good price so I jumped on it.

Remember to mention your coil is not designed to be used on HOT technology detectors like the Vaq or Cibola so you won't have some future mis-communication problems.

Yep---have that same size DD coil on another detector that I have been VERY successful with.----I will be using the smaller concentrics on the Outlaw.------Thanks for your response.
