coil question

which is a better coil the10"slimline coil or the 8x6sef Coil

[size=large]would seem wrong comparison is made here. you'll get more masking with the bigger coil. thus the 8x6 would be better in trash than the 10".
the comparison would be between the 10' slimline and the 10" 1050 coil. the bigger the coil the deeper you go but more trash is incountered.
the smaller. the better to get inbetween the trash. so i can't see where you can compare the two against each other. it's what and where yer hunting determines which will be better for you. for an all around coil then the 8x6 is getting to be my choice. but i only coin shoot. most remarks i've read are negative on the 10" slimline. it's been recommended by top notch folks that if you're into getting a 10" then go with the 1050. i believe they were the main coil for the ex2 and the xs.
so don't know how hard it will be to get one.
