No it won't : connectors are different.

The 5" DD for G2/F5/Goldbug will.

it will work, just poorly. less depth and target ID is off a little.
 
So I have a Garret 250, has the same connector and it fits in my Tek D4k, what will make it not work correctly? I am really asking because I do not know, not being a smart a$$
 
It's not only the connector : its internal wiring will probably not be the same as the Garrett's control box connector.
