Coil question

I've been thinking about getting a 10" fisher concentric coil for my Patriot which takes the fisher f70 and f75 coils. I've notice that most I've looked at have f70 or f75 on them and some I have seen don't have any markings just a black coil. My question is, are the one's without any markings legit, are they made by fisher?

I have no idea. I'd recommend contacting Fisher service center and asking them. I've found them to be helpful.

I called Fisher and he said they do make some coils without the branding F70/F75 on them. I ask why and he said for marketing. I told him I was concerned about a fake. He told me to get the part number off the coil and call and they would verify it. I might add that customer service was fast and friendly.
