coil wiriing

I would like to make a few coils for my XL500 sea hunter(larger). Does anyone know what the capacitance and inductance should be. It has four wires to the coil so, I'm not sure how it is wired. I've made several coils that work well for Gary's Pulse induction. Any help would be appreciated. HH Joe
