Coils and inter usability

I am wondering if since they are made by the same company, if the Multi Kruzer and Impact coils are interchangeable? I think the Kruzer coils are sealed better than the Impact but I don't know that for sure. Does anyone have any first hand knowledge one way or the other?

Dan, the search coils for the Nokta Impact have the short-length cable that routes inside the rod. The same coils have a longer traditional-length cable for the Makro Kruzer and Multi-Kruzer since they wrap around the lower and middle rods. If someone stands about 6' tall or taller, the Impact coil cable length might not be long enough to attach the coil to a Kruzer with an unwrapped cable and be a workable length. Basically the same build quality in all coils.

I've been using the Impact 7.5x4'' DD coil on my MMK and it works great (currently my favorite MMK coil for trashy/iron infested sites). I'm 5'10" and the cable is just long enough for me, if you were over 6' tall, not sure it would work out.
