I think I've settled on my discrimination and notch for "general" park hunting and coin shooting - at least for this week. I went out on lunch break today with the discrimination at 45 (which allows from upper "Tab" on up), the notch-in down at 30 (which allowed all of "Nickel" and the upper half of "Foil"), the tones to delta pitch, Bottle cap mode and I was able to crank Sensitivity all the way up to 50(!) and keep a quiet search mode.

After ground testing the "odd" two and three cent and older coins I decided notching foil and tabs entirely not only crimps any gold jewelry potential, but it eliminates any chance on the neat oldies like Flying Eagle Cents, "Fatty" IHC (both copper-nickel) the tiny 3
