coin/token find(old?)

Found this well worn coin/token at a river in West Virgina while looking for some loot to plunder..lol its well worn as you can see,At first i thought it was a delamatated qtr.
but the face is the wrong way, then MAYBE a 2 reale or colonial coin? so i looked up what i could on those???still no answers so if anyone has a guess???as you can see its
very thin about three peices of paper thick,and a little bigger then a qtr. it has some letters above the head but i can't make them out so i think that rules out the 2 reale??? heres the pictures

heres a front view as you can see the head faces right as your looking at it, you can also see
some of the letters above the face...might have to post in the whats it fourm?
 
the back is so worn their is nothing there smooth as a baby's .....pm me your email and I'll sent you the picture so you can see the front better fisher2
 
Thanks as i had no idea as to what it might be,,I'll take any coin that old no mater what it looks like,I'll have to look one up to see what it used to look like it the oldest
