Some good old ones popped out of the ground. Three 1873 indians, 1865, 1862 CW Storecard, 1852 Large Cent, Flying Eagle. I'm happy!

That is a really nice assortment of some old coins. To get a Large Cent, Flying Eagle and those early Indian Heads in such a short time is really an accomplishment. What's written on the Civil War storecard - I can't make it out in your photo. Great finds and thanks for sharing!

That's a pretty good token-it's the only merchant who issued a Civil War token from that town. The full text is: WEAVER & FOX STOVES, TIN. HARDWARE &C BUCHANAN MICH. Depending on what's on the reverse side it could be either an R6 or R3. These reverses look the same but if there's a period after the date, it is the scarcer R6 variety. Nice find either way.
