Coinstrike 5.5 coil --will it work on the Edge ?

Hello -- bought an Edge -- found a coinstrike 5.5 coil FS --- i assumed it will work on the Edge -read something about a ground wire , can someone give me clear info , thanks in advance , rick

I read on this forum if you cut the ground wire it will work on the ID Edge. I believe the ground wire is the center one. Gotta slide the connector back to get to it. I have the 5.75" coil, it goes deep for its size.

check out sunray, they have an adapter to allow you to use that coil without cutting connectors.
