Compadre finds a soldier

I've seen these little lead soldiers before. My father had saved his from the 1930s when he was a boy. Back then kids played in the dirt with lead toys and somehow managed to become the greatest generation and live long happy lives. My Dad even had a lead melting pot so he made his own toy soldiers right there on the kitchen table while my grandparents looked on with pride. Today the building would have been cordoned off and hazmat called to decontaminate the property. Anyway this little guy was about 7 inches down in the soft soil inside a small grove of trees. Likely a great place where kids played outside instead of inside with computer games. It rang a clear crisp tone in both directions, thought I had hit a nice coin. Cool find.
