[attachment 316422 image.jpg]I was able to get out for the 1st time in a long time. I made a quick stop for breakfast and a torrential downpour started. I decided to throw the rain gear on the detectors and tough it out. I was hoping to find some gold or silver today. It did not work out the way I hoped, but I was happy to find this sweet looking bat mobile made by hot wheels and a still functioning pocket knife. I also found a large pile of clad and a 1948 plain wheat penny. I had a blast on a day that I thought I would get rained out. I might find some gold next time. It was just good to get out and enjoy the hunt.
