Comparde buzzed by model planes

Had to use the Comparde in this large fair ground cause the mineralizion was too much for my GTI 1500. The Tesoro didn't even flinch. lots of pennies tabs & dimes, no quarters. Guy came over to ask me about detectors, thanked me and walked back to his car. Had ear phones on- noticed some shadows flying now and than. Feeling something going on I stopped to look around. Well there was a few guys flying their planes all over where I was hunting. Put on a nice show. Well I moved on, another guy showed up & he was a littled squeezed for air space. Anyways while I was digging he smacked his plane right into a light pole near me. [not on purpose] Busted the nose right off messed up the landing gear. Lucky no pilot.
 
I live near a frisbee golf park.They like to through there frisbee's at me when i am in the park!These people love this crazy sport.They are out there constantly! :ranting:

I was hunting at a park in Birmingham AL. about 2 years ago and I was in an area that was smack dab in the middle of one of those frisbee golf holes between the tee and the goal.
I heard "Excuse me" and looked up and 3 guys were standing at the tee wanting to throw and I was in the way.
I said "Sorry", and moved over to a large tree and out of their way.
The first guy gets up and throws and that thing sailed out of his hand the wrong way, about 75 yards off the course right into another tree that wasn't even near me.
I looked at him and yelled, "So you made me move for a throw like that?", and even though he was a little embarrassed we all laughed pretty good about that.

Because of the high reviews on the Compadre, enemy spies have been circling to watch Compadre users in the past few months. I don't know whether it's other manufacturers or curious detectorists in disquise.:rofl:
