Compass x-70 Challenger

Have a chance to pick up a nice Compass x-70 Challenger for a good price. Any one ever used this detector, if so your opinion please.

I didn't use that personally, but used similar ones that Whites put out. That (and the x-80) were great machines. Very pleasant sounds, good versatility, great ID, etc.... For their era anyhow. There are machines today with superior depth, superior TID, etc.... But for the analog era, those had a cult following, and perhaps still do :)
