Concentric vs DD

Has any one used the 10" concentric coil on the F75 or T2? I was just reading about coils and there characteristics. They said that a concentric coil will go considerably deeper than dd coil of the same size. But the DD is less affected by ground mineralization.

On the F75 LTD that I have, the only place I really found an advantage with the 10 inch concentric was over wet salt sand. It has an edge in stability as the salinity changes over different parts of the beach. With the 10 inch concentric I did not have to expend quite as much effort keeping the ground balance spot on as is needed with the 11 inch DD. Concentric coils do tend to discriminate more accurately or cleanly, but with the F75 LTD, I have not found much of a difference. Some other detectors I have discriminate noticeably more cleanly with a concentric than a DD.
