Had an issue with a "bubble" in the display of my Fors Core (here: http://www.findmall.com/read.php?100,2164941,2164941#msg-2164941). Sent an email to them and Dilek quickly responded, asked for the serial number, and said they would send me out another handgrip assembly. That was it. Got the new handgrip in within a few DAYS. The replacement had a weird quirk, and guess what .... they sent me another one.
Huge props to Nokta for excellent customer service. If anyone is hesitant about dealing with Nokta because they're half way around the world, don't let it be a factor.
