have a Tesoro Sand shark. How often should i replace the rubber O rind gasket on the control box. Have not used the SS for a year due to med problems. Going to the beach next week . Thanks.:detecting:
 
As long as the o ring is undamaged and complete, all you should have to do is make sure it is clean and protected with silicon grease.

I would just take it out gently and closely inspect it for cracks and if you see no cracks just lightly re-lube and replace....should be good to go:thumbup: When not in use or in storage it's really best to unlatch the closures to relieve the stress on the casing.
