The coil cover was very easy to remove...hunted only a little and didn't even notice any dew on the grass, but found moisture in the cover.
Silicone took care of that potential problem.
Stick was a little too long for comfort and control.
With the lower shaft still installed in the shortest position, I carefully drilled through the next hole down to keep proper alignment.
Next, trimmed off the extra from the lower shaft. Perfect fit now.
This week will shorten the coil cable.
