Found some really cool stuff today
Barber Half, Barber Quarter, foreign silver, Merc, Indian head and some buttons
T2SE
10x12 coil
sensitivity 85
Ground Balance 74
3 Tones
17 on the discrimination
I'll have a video on You tube later today if you would like to check it out

Sweet finds and video! That's one heck of an awesome day. You're reaction to the Barber half was priceless :) Good luck on your next hunt.

Man that is great! you just sold 100 SEF T2 coils all accross the country with that post. I'm off the fence and calling Kellyco tomorrow. At what depth were most targets? and did you get good seperation with the SEF coil? after using it whats your overall impression?

The soil was soft and somewhat sandy, most targets were in the 5-7 inch range
The Barber half was possibly deeper, i dug quite a bit before it popped out.

I think the stock coils on the T2 or the Omega would have found them also
The big advantage is more ground coverage

I also found shotgun shell primers and rusty cans that sound just like Morgan Dollars ( i think  )

I think my success today was just a new spot that hadn't been hunted yet.

The relic you said may be a game piece is actually called a collar button or collar stud. They were used to attach collars to shirts. I have found several of them including a gold one with a makers mark.

I believe the two gold pieces may be a two-piece cuff link. The two pieces would have been connected with a link. You may want to have them checked. They might be gold and not gold plated.

Nice finds. That round brass container is a make up container. Must have been a picnic grove.

Captured some more cool stuff on video today
2 barber dimes, 1 Indian head penny, a laddies ring and a few other things

This particular spot is pretty cool, there are probably 50 plus 2.5 foot tall poured concrete stone supports of some sort
total square feet is approx. 80 x 50 .... maybe a stage of some sort
This spot has been very productive with the T2Se with large coil
once the targets slow down i'll switch to the 5 inch coil

The best spot ever and the closet one to home / who would of thunk
