Critters at Camp

Was sitting outside at the back of the camper over in Idaho when I noticed some movement and saw this little feller come poking out of the rock wall I built on the creek. Actually there were 2 of them. They stayed around while I got up and went got my camera. I had one come up and sniff my hand a couple of years ago as they are quit inquisitive little creatures.
These 2 came within about 12 inches and were back and forth. I guess this is why there aren't as many mice in the traps as they are quit the mouse hunters. I've seen them run across the road and in a couple minutes they come back with a mouse in jaws.

It's a weasel, can be a ferocious fighter
