A possible age or date ???
what was it's use ???
I tried e-bay and a goggle search to no avail...
Is there some-where I can get any info on things of this sort ???
I know it's not a bottle but maybe someone here could be of some assistance....
No makers mark or does the crown thing with a number 2 GAL. the makers mark ??? looks like black ink

If you search using Richard A. Waite you will get more info on him. Looks like the jug dates between 1900-1919

I'm trying to find out who what and where these jugs were made ???? And any production amounts if any ???
Is this crock one of a kind or were a Million of them made back then ??? Are there books on these type items or will I have to take it to a dealer...
