CS reunion medal

It is a confederate reunion medal of some sort. It has crossed confederate flags ,says MEMPHIS in the middle and has a date of June 8-9-10 1909.
Nothing on the back. I am sure it had a ribbon on it originally .
I like finding coins but personal items like this is where it is at. This thing's original owner probably had a story to tell. Any information would be great. Found in eastern NC.
