[size=large] It was hot out there detecting today so when I saw this deer stand I climbed up in it and enjoyed the breeze blowing through the trees while sitting in the shade drinking a diet Mt. Dew (that's my detector on the ground), After about 15 min. of watching the field, I didn't see any relics moving so I decided to come down and stalk hunt... simple really, you just take a couple steps, stop, swing your coil, take a couple steps, stop, swing your coil. Relics generally hold tight so you have to be right on top of them before you get them. Click on photos to enlarge.[/size]

[size=large]Wasn't long before I bagged this pair of bullets, I broke the whole Spencer fighting with a tangle of roots and digging in about 10".[/size]

[size=large]Here's the take for the day. Some wascally boolits, and an iron backed plain rosette.
