[size=large]Chis and I drove the truck to the center of the pasture we were about to search for Civil War relics. There was a bull in there with about 25 cows and he had pawed the ground on us once a couple months ago, the truck would be a fortress to run too. The closest fence was 300 yards away... at my age, 300 yards sprints are a thing of the past. :lol: As soon as we stopped here came all the cows and the bull, thinking we have food. The bull seemed very docile and uncaring about us so we named him "Ferdinand" and went on with our detecting. [/size]

[size=large] About and hour later I had 3 bullets , ball button, ammo pouch finial and rivet. Chris had found two eagle buttons and a couple percussion caps. [/size]

[size=large]I left 3 hours later with 5 bullets, Chris stayed till dark and ended up with 6 bullets and the eagle buttons.[/size]
