Trees and power lines down statewide. some people will not see electrical power for at least a week to 10 days. Crews are coming in from West Virginia, Mississippi, and as far away as Colorado to help repair the lines. There are more than 2000 telephone poles snapped from the storm. 500,000 people are without power.. Several lives were lost as they did something stupid to cause their deaths. Cell phone towers have lost both regular and backup power because their generators ran out of fuel.....so no cell phone service. I am typing this message on generator power and cable connection.
