Cudos for Excellent Customer Service - New England Detectors

I got my replacement Soveteign gt cross shipped by Andrew of NE Detectors. Due to falsing issues with my newly purchased gt Andrew shipped a brand new unit and I received it in 5 days. Now i understand customer service so thank you Andrew for excellent customer service. This machine now is rock steady and is a pleasure to use.
