Curious about F-75 and EMI

When one gets a F-75 and it has terrible EMI Issues .... What do they do to correct this at the factory.

Several people I know have sent in EMI Plagued machines, and get them back with Very little to no issues..

If anyone knows would you please explain this to me.. Thanks !!! IS it shielding related repairs or something totally different..

i sent mine in about 6 months ago and they did some work to the coil and put a shorter thicker coil wire on it and it helped some, hh

Ok.so thicker coil wire may indicate Shielding .............. Thanks ....... anyone else have an input ?.

Just my opinion but i think alot is tuning, i can hunt under power lines and next to undergound elect services and run my f75 wide open. mine is 2012 model with 7.0 software version. I did some research on it, first texas said most emi claims were from unexperienced users not use to the f75s speed and power. All the super fast tuning and hits were causing people to think something was wrong cause people werent use to it. I can agree with this first hand going from my atgold to the f75. If thicker coil wires means more shielding than the Nel coil should help alot, they have thick coil wires.

When EMI makes things 'chatty', I switch over to All Metal motion mode and can usually run a lot quieter at a much high sensitivity.
