Hey guys, Has anybody made or used any "cherry picker" patterns? I'm talking about one for just coins with everything else disc'ed out or would that be to much nulling and cause you to miss alot of the targets surrounded by iron and junk?

I made one for the SE Pro and it worked great. Most of the time when I used it I was at places with a lot of modern coins and trash and I just wanted to cherry pick like you said. I have an E-Trac on the way and plan to make one for it too.

Heres one I played around with for a little. Good at cherry picking coins/jewerely. I ended up opening it up a little more on cleaner sites for more chances at gold jewerly.

I made one for my E-Trac, but it's not my normal pattern. I used my coin collection to set the detector to accept just those signals. I opened it up slightly from the accepted numbers to handle the normal variances in target IDs. Sorry, no pics of it available. It's a good one to use if you are hunting a spot with a ton of can-slaw and pull tabs but you think should be holding some silver.

I took the High trash pattern and opened the silver range. My post of finds below is proof it works well. Explorers and ETrac are not hampered by discrimination like most other machines out there.
