CW Infantry cuff button- G. Floyd backmark

I found this little button with an "I" on the breast of the eagle. The back mark is G. Floyd. Has anyone seen one of these. A buddy told me G. Floyd was in Philadelphia.
 
They are not the best pictures, but it really is a nice button. The back side is unusual. I guess it is a 2-piece, but the back does not protrude outward (_) like most buttons, but rather is inward (_( a little bit, designed that way. I almost thought it was a one-piece. I had never heard of a G.Floyd back mark before either.
