cz 70 cz7a

Basically, they're the same unit, but, the "Square Tab" icon has been changed to "Relic", and a new tone has been assigned to that segment. The new tone is between the "mid-" and "high-" tones. Otherwise, they are the same detector.
You'll dig a lot of square tabs in modern areas, but in older areas, especially those devoid of modern trash, this new tone and the new name of the segment alerts you that this is possibly an older, good, target. Corroded IH's and some bullets come in at this setting. Not sure where buttons come in.

You compared a CZ70 and a CZ7A pro...Leonard hope you didn't mean a CZ7A as its a rod mount unit and is exactly the same meter wise but the CZ7A is a rod mount only and is run by 12 AA batteries not two nine volts. One wonders is he asking about a CZ7A pro or a CZ7A..By the way Allen nice post..
