CZ coils?

Hi all...

Can you please refresh my memory (been awhile out of the Fisher-world)...can the CZ70 coils be used on the CZ3D? Let me fill you in a bit first...

I have an old CZ70 (pretty much dead due to big wave swamping the machine...still works but just not reliably) but still have the 5", 10" and the 8" coils for it. I am now thinking about getting a CZ3D to supplement or replace some of my Minelabs (ExpII and XT70) since I miss having a CZ in my arsenal and a good old park detector would be nice.

thanks...Keith

My CZ-3D uses the same coils as the CZ70. I recently "upgraded" from an F75 to a 3D. You'll love a 3D.
Funny, my name is Keith also !

Thanks, Keith.

I figured that was the case. The CZ series is still my favourite of the Fishers and I have always thought of getting a CZ3D since it came out. I was going to sell the coils but after a bit of thought, I figured that I would store them until I sell one of the Minelabs and buy me a CZ3d.

cheers...Keith
