I have not even looked at the forum in 2 days! I ran the Excal and went for an evening solo spin on the 30th to a surf area that has been producing good targets lately. Hunted from 815P-1215A with 5-10 N winds. Tide had been low about 3P, but it did not seem to matter. Ended up with $1.77 in clad & non-ferrous (copper) hoop. The gold earring is 14K and was real shiny when I scooped it up, bout blinded me. The rang is real fine and 14K and I was mighty proud to see 'em both. I went last night with Huntress and could only muster $1.56 and no jewelry to speak of. Hope Davy's not gunna git tight with the loot again! I think I'll go check him out tonight. GH
