Daytona... *RANT*

It really dosent take long to fill the hole back in with sand, so whats the big deal. Just being lazy i guess. In the mean time a young kid steps in the hole and breaks a leg. That will end Detecting on that beach. Alls it takes is one bad apple to spoil it for everyone who enjoys this hobby.
Happy Hunting !!! DW

I have a question instead of taking pics why didn't ya go talk to the guy?

Ya Wood, Most the time, those can of guy's are not willing to ear you. You wont see theme in the forum like this one either. They are often " ME, MY SELF and I"
They're only goal is to pik-up, pick-up and pick-up No matter at what cost.

They are the minority, but they hurt our hobby a lots.

Serge

Often those "keep out of my space" people are the first to run for your help when its time to go and they can't find thier designer watch/ring/telephone etc.
Although comon sense should rule, i don't usually go till about 9-10pm unless its raining or bad weather.

Seeing you detecting arround them is a reminder to make sure everything is safely stored so can't be lost, less for you to find.

People that do read this forum will take more notice of this guy when they see him and remind him regularly of what a poor representative of this hobby he is. I didnt have the chance to get down to talk to him, otherwise I would. But my hope is not just to not just make light of this one detectorist, but the ones we see at our local beaches all the time.... The pics reflect what everyone else sees.... A lack of courtesy, and this is an image we do not need.....

HI ALL, I HAVE READ ALL THE COMMENTS EVERYBODY HAS WROTE, AND I ALSO SEE GREAT PASSION FOR THIS SPORT , AND THE WAYS
YOU GUYS TRY TO PROTECT IT. I HUNT DAYTONA BEACH MAYBE 2 - 3 TIMES A WEEK AND I ALWAYS FILL MY HOLES. THE QUESTION I HAVE
FOR ALL OF YOU IS THIS, HAVE YOU NOTICED ALL THE BUNKERS, AND BOMB HOLES THAT YOU COULD DRIVE A TRUCK INTO AND GET LOST
FROM THE SWIMMERS, OR ALL THE TRASH THE DRUNKS LEAVE, OR MAYBE THE THOUSANDS OF BUCKETS, AND SHOVELS LEFT BEHIND, AND
THE ALLTIME FAVORITE, THE CRAPPY DIAPER THAT STICKS TO YOUR COIL, THATS NOT GOLD. IN SHORT INSTEAD OF TARGETING THIS GUY, MAYBE
GO DOWN AND TALK TO HIM, AND LET HIM KNOW YOUR CONCERNS. YOU MIGHT FIND A NEW HUNTING PARTNER. ENOUGH YAKING, GOOD LUCK
TO EVERYBODY.
