Default settings question

I just aquired the F75 w/DST...used. Are these the correct default settings? 80 sens. Disc. level O..notch 1..#tones 2f..process de. Tried the reset and they stay the same. Also when trying to change settings, I have to turn the knob several times to change even one value point on sens. disc level, etc. etc. Even when switching over to all metal...and changing the settings on that side. Problems?? Thanks for any info.

Ok..my bad...I skipped over that part about the default settings and these are correct... But still am in question about the other half of my post. Thanks again.

A couple of things.......If the menu setting isn't highlighted the knob doesn't change anything. The pot is an infinite turn pot so sometimes it can take some movement to engage the menu setting.. Also some of of the features have ranges inside the range and you wont see the setting change until the inner range has been obtained. For instance each ground balance number setting contains about 10 inner detent changes before the ground balance number will change.
