Not sure anybody will be able to provide any assistance or not.
I purchased the Fisher ID Edge from Prospector (Mark Swann) who lives somewhere in Alabama from the classifieds forum on here this past Thursday. Mark emailed me the UPS tracking # and he even called me that evening and gave it to me verbally. He was preparing for a 10 day trip somewhere and won't be back for another week.
Anyway, everyday I've been entering the UPS tracking number into UPS to keep up to date on the status and their system still has absolutely no record of the number!! I called UPS Customer Service and they aren't able to offer much assistance without at least knowing which UPS facility or authorized retailer the package may have been dropped off at and additional action cannot be initiated by anybody but the individual who shipped it. I emailed Mark several times in hopes he may be checking his emails but it appears he is not. I also called him and left a message thinking he might check his voice mail but no luck yet.
If any of you know Mark personally perhaps you would know which UPS outlet is closest to where he lives?? All I know is that he lives in Alabama. I'm quite concerned the package has been lost. UPS has indicated to me that if one of their drivers had it that it would have been scanned into their system within 24hrs.
Any information any of you may be able to provide would be sincerely appreciated. I keep thinking that perhaps the package will miraculously arrive without ever having been scanned into the UPS system but I think that's quite impossible...isn't it?
