Detech 13"

Guys if any of you have thought about getting the ultimate 13" DD for your F75 (Standard, LTE or SE) machine, I have one listed in our accessories section.

Also I am curious if the 13" would work on the F70. I know the two machines share other coils, but I haven't read anything about this one on the 70.

If you have any question feel free to ask,

I tried one on the Etrac. The only advantage was coverage over open ground. I think you will see very limited advantages over the F70 stock coil.
Fisher has designed each machine with a stock coil that does about everything it is designed for.
Only exception to this will be in clean areas with very limited targets and where the sink rate allows targets to drop to the outer detection field of the stock coils.

The 13' on my E-trac...smokes the stock coil!

I bought one three months ago for F70. On ebay, The seller Svetoslav was very pleasant man. There was a little delay due to the holiday (At the end of the summer I bought.) . I got a surprise gift extra coil cover. :)

Unfortunately, I used 3 hours on land and 2 hour in water so far.
Specially produced model, the cable length is different from the ordinary. 2,5 long for waterhunting.

A quick run was my favorite field. It was step by step hunted, with stock coil and 5" dd. Now it is a shallow dialed(? Sorry my english poor.) field, sandy soil.
there is no EMI, only if the electric fence turned on. then is a killer.
Medieval and 1700-1900 site, heavy iron infested.

I found couple hammered coin, pressed metal pieces, bronze ring, rusty knife blades. The coil was noisy a bit (because long cable?) but run fine.

There was not enough time for anything. I hope I'll have time to go out lately.

Very nice finds Timmy. That is the main reason I bought it was to hit the open relic areas. Sadly I do not see myself making to the locations I had in mind.

Thank you for sharing ;)
