Detectin' Plastic Just had to post this too

Got two good hits about a foot apart. Dug about 7 in and look what I found. A plastic pony. The hits were from the metal wheels that were on it. They was rusted pretty bad so I took them off when I cleaned it up. It has the name Brazen and date 1965 on its underside. I wonder what kid around here grew up ridin it. I love findin stuff like that. It don't get any better.

Congrats Bud. That is an unusual find and makes detecting such an interesting hobby - one never really knows what might turn up next.

I like you avatar. Being a lover of Snoopy and I also use a ACE 250.
Keep posting those cool finds.

I bet that could be worth a few pennies to someone who would restore it? Neat find for sure! :)

Don't know, your guess is as good as mine. Maybe it died and the kids that lived there buried it. LOL It was under about 7" dirt and leaves. But I consider it one of my best finds. My wife confiscated it though. She's principal at the local grade school and wants to display it at the school after my daughter repaints it back to original colors.
